DS Services of America announces acquisition of Roaring Spring Water's Washington, D.C. territory; transaction terms not disclosed

ATLANTA , March 5, 2014 (press release) – DS Services of America, Inc. (DS Services), owner of the Crystal Springs® bottled water brand, has acquired the Washington D.C. territory of Roaring Spring Water.

DS Services is pleased to begin serving Roaring Spring's former Washington D.C. area customers with Crystal Springs bottled water. In addition to experiencing the benefits of DS Services' focus on customer service, these customers will be able to order a variety of new products, including coffee and tea products, and manage their account and delivery schedule online.
