France-based cosmetics packaging company Albea Group opens two new manufacturing plants in Italy and France for approximately €30M; company also aiming to launch new manufacturing plant in Brazil where it expects to obtain double-digit growth

LONDON , February 28, 2014 () – Cosmetics packaging company Albea has invested approximately EUR 30 M to produce two sizeable new manufacturing plants in Italy and France. In addition, the company is aiming to launch a new manufacturing plant in Brazil where it is expected to obtain double digit growth. The group has spent about EUR 22 M to combine its operations at Vienne Le Chateau and St Menehould, France, together in the new Argonne tubes complex in St Menehould. The new facility has 600 employees. The company is also investing an additional EUR 6 M to replace its two manufacturing units at Verderio and Imbersago, Italy.
