Ryan's, HomeTown Buffet and Old Country Buffet to offer limited-time seafood dinner specials every Friday starting March 7, plus offer other Lent-friendly offerings, in celebration of Lent and Easter Sunday

GREER, South Carolina , February 27, 2014 (press release) – Ryan’s®, HomeTown® Buffet, and Old Country Buffet® are offering a sea of delicious dishes for families observing the Lenten season. From seafood to pasta to home-style sides, there are plenty of options, so guests do not have to sacrifice great taste. All 330 buffet restaurants are serving up seafood specials every Friday during dinner, plus offer other Lent-friendly offerings daily. On Easter Sunday, April 20, the restaurants will feature a menu of traditional favorites.

Starting Friday, March 7, the buffet restaurants will serve up dinnertime Friday Specials to satisfy seafood cravings like popcorn shrimp and baked fish. HomeTown Buffet and Old Country Buffet will offer salmon and Ryan’s will feature southern fried fish or catfish. These limited-time offers will be available for dinner every Friday during Lent.

Ryan’s, HomeTown Buffet, and Old Country Buffet offer seafood fan favorites for lunch and dinner throughout the year like shrimp scampi, baked fish, popcorn shrimp, and more. There are also a variety of popular non-seafood offerings that families may also enjoy including custom and prepared salads, baked and fried chicken, pasta dishes, home-style soups, pizzas, and vegetarian dishes. These entrees may be complimented with a number of delicious sides like fresh and steamed vegetables, baked potatoes with toppers, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cornbread stuffing. The menus will vary by location.

On Easter Sunday (April 20), all buffet restaurants will offer a special meal with holiday pricing.
