MEMPHIS , February 20, 2014 (press release) – FedEx is with immediate effect re-opening its service to Russia for B2C customers who have registered with FedEx. The service re-opening follows an agreement with the Russian Customs authority to implement a simplified, electronic clearance for e-commerce shipments to private consignees in Russia.
