Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory announces cash dividend of US$0.11/common share, payable March 14 to shareholders as of Feb. 28

DURANGO, Colorado , February 13, 2014 (press release) – Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMCF), (the "Company") which franchises gourmet chocolate and confection stores and manufactures premium chocolates and other confectionery products, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.11 per common share outstanding. The cash dividend will be payable March 14, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business February 28, 2014.
