BENTONVILLE, Arkansas , February 10, 2014 (press release) – Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) today announced that the company’s 2014 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on Fri., June 6, 2014, at 7 a.m. CDT in Bud Walton Arena at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark. The meeting also will be webcast on the company’s website at http://stock.walmart.com.

The company also announced that April 11, 2014, is the record date for that meeting.
