Constantia Flexibles names Stefan Grote as EVP of its Food Europe division, replacing Franz Reiterer, who held the position on an interim basis

Effective February 1, 2014 Mr. Stefan Grote has taken over the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) Food Europe from Franz Reiterer (CSO/Chief Sales Officer Food), who had held this post on an interim basis. In this function working out of Vienna he is Member of the Executive Committee of Constantia Flexibles and is reporting to Thomas Unger, CEO.
Franz Reiterer, Member of the Board and CSO Food will focus on coordinating and developing food sales in the three regional segments Europe, North America and Emerging Markets. In 2014 Franz Reiterer will concentrate on ensuring a smooth transition to Stefan Grote in the segment Food Europe.
Stefan Grote (44) studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen. Directly after his studies, Stefan Grote began his professional career at the leading consumer goods company Procter & Gamble in Germany. Stefan Grote worked for Procter & Gamble for more than eleven years. Then he served as Head of the Industrial Business for Nordmilch AG, one of the largest food companies in Germany and for Tesa SE, a fully independent wholly owned subsidiary of Beiersdorf AG, where he managed the global consumer business in his position as Executive Vice President Consumer and Member of the Executive Management Board. In his last position Stefan Grote acted as Member of the Management Board at Gerresheimer AG, which is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality specialty products made of glass and plastic for the international pharma and healthcare industry.
