Tembec reports that majority of shareholders at Jan. 30 AGM voted to elect all nominees proposed as directors by management

– Tembec Inc. (the "Corporation") today announced that all of the nominees proposed as directors in the management information circular dated December 16, 2013 were duly elected as directors of the Corporation by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on January 30, 2014 in Montreal. The total number of shares voted by shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting was 76,084,027, representing 76.08% of the Corporation's outstanding shares. The results of the vote are detailed below.
