United States Patent no. 8,633,362, issued on Jan. 21, was assigned to Monsanto Technology LLC (St. Louis).
"Plants and seeds of hybrid corn variety CH155414" was invented by Gary R. Stangland (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) and Peter J. Lynch (Zionsville, Ind.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "According to the invention, there is provided seed and plants of the hybrid corn variety designated CH155414. The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds and tissue cultures of the variety CH155414, and to methods for producing a corn plant produced by crossing a corn plant of variety CH155414 with itself or with another corn plant, such as a plant of another variety. The invention further relates to genetic complements of plants of variety CH155414."
The patent was filed on April 22, 2012, under Application No. 13/452,914.
