Uralkali'a production of potassium chloride rose 61% year-over-year to 2.8 million tonnes in Q4 2013, full-year production up 10% to 10 million tonnes

January 13, 2014 (press release) – Uralkali (LSE: URKA; the Company) has today announced its production results for the full year 2013. Uralkali produced 2.8 million tonnes of potassium chloride (KCI) in the fourth quarter of 2013, which represents a 61% increase compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. The Company produced 10 million tonnes of KCl in 12 months of 2013, representing a 10% year-on-year increase.
