LOS ANGELES , January 8, 2014 () – Banks Lumber, of Banks, Oregon, has announced plans to shut down all mill production in the weeks of Jan. 20 and 27 while new equipment is installed, Random Lengths reported on Jan. 7.

The company said production was scheduled to restart on Feb. 3, and that its sales and shipping departments would continue to operate during the production curtailment.
