January 3, 2014 () – According to Belarus' finance minister, the country will restore its export duty on potassium fertilizers in 2014. The duty on potassium exports was lifted by the Belarusian president in Sep 2013 to ensure the stability of Belaruskali's operations following its terminated joint venture with Uralkali.
