Schneider Packaging Equipment Company introduces an automated high-speed inline reject management system (HSRS) for continuous motion end-of-line packaging applications.
This new Schneider system addresses the greatest challenge in reject system management: how to efficiently reject from multiple lines without causing product interruption in adjacent lanes. The Schneider system ejects rejected items downward, through an opening in the conveyor belt itself, eliminating the need for a right-angle reject lane or manual removal even on multi-lane applications.
Schneider’s HSRS use servo technology motion to perform high speed rejection by opening a small section of conveyor to eject rejected product downward while the conveyor continues to run at high speeds.
Ideal for use on bags and pouches and other food products as well other lightweight consumer products including personal care items such as bathroom tissue and towel. The system is designed to work with any inspection technology including; vision, check weighing, metal detection, x-ray, and seal checking.
