Costa Coffee opens its 100th UAE store in Abu Dhabi

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates , December 4, 2013 (press release) – 60,000 prizes and a trip to the UK to be won at Costa Coffee stores in the UAE

On 4 December 2013, Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), the International franchise partner of Costa Coffee, will officially launch its 100th store at the World Trade Centre Mall in Abu Dhabi with Eric Hughes, General Manager of Costa Coffee UAE, marking the milestone with a special opening ceremony. To celebrate the momentous occasion and thank their customers, a competition will take place in stores from 4th to 12 December in which lucky customers can win instant Costa Coffee prizes including a trip to the United Kingdom.

Opening their first international store outside of the UK in Dubai in 1999 at the Aviation Club, Dubai, ELR is the driving force in the growth of Costa Coffee in the UAE. From winning the Barista of the Year Global Finals in 2007 and opening the first international Costa Express Self - serve Coffee machine in 2013 to being the first international coffee chain to introduce camel milk and now opening their 100th store, the milestones ELR have achieved with Costa Coffee are outstanding.

Costas 100th store Opening at the much anticipated, new World Trade Centre Mall in the Emirates capital, Spanning 180 square metres and showcasing the urban metropolitan décor style of Costa.

To commemorate the launch of the new store, Costa Coffee UAE has created a campaign based on the theme 100 stores, 1000's of thank you's.
