Zhydachiv Pulp and Paper in Ukraine reelects CEO and five of management board members, appoints new member to the board

November 22, 2013 () – The shareholders of the Zhydachiv Pulp and Paper Mill, a big newsprint and cardboard maker, at the general meeting on November 20 reelected Mykola Korsunskyi as the chief executive officer, reads a statement made by the mill.

Besides, they reelected members of the management board Viktor Pushkariov, Yevhen Chernov, Volodymyr Pihul, Ivan Ferens and Volodymyr Yakimishyn.

Andrii Khutryi was appointed as a board member instead of Oleksandr Pitula at that.

All are appointed for three years.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in 2012, the mill produced 19,103 tons of paper, by 22,741 tons or 54.35% less than in 2011.

Businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi controls the mill.
