DS Waters of America announces acquisition of Florida-based Jensen Distributors, a distributor of Mountain Valley and Diamond water products; transaction terms not disclosed

ATLANTA , November 18, 2013 (press release) – DS Waters of America, Inc. (DS Waters), announces the acquisition of Jensen Distributors, Inc., a distributor of Mountain Valley® and Diamond™ water products in the Tampa, Florida area. DS Waters will continue to distribute these products to homes and offices in the Tampa, Florida area, along with its Crystal Springs® bottled water brand.

Current customers of Jensen Distributors will continue to receive Mountain Valley ® water in its famous glass bottles. They will be able to add a variety of flavored drink mixes, hot chocolate, tea and coffee products to their order as well. Additionally, customers will be able to manage their account and delivery schedule online.
