M/I Homes announces Q4 dividend of US$0.609375/share on outstanding depositary shares, payable Dec. 16 to shareholders as of Dec. 1

– M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE:MHO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.609375 per share on its outstanding depositary shares (NYSE:MHO-PrA), each representing 1/1,000th of a Series A Preferred Share of M/I Homes (the “Depositary Shares”), for the fourth quarter of 2013. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2013 to holders of record of the Depositary Shares on December 1, 2013.
