Rockwood Holdings declares quarterly cash dividend of US$0.45/share, payable Dec. 3 to shareholders as of Nov. 18

PRINCETON, New Jersey , November 5, 2013 (press release) – Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ROC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share. The dividend is payable on December 3, 2013 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 18, 2013.

The declaration and payment of any future dividends, however, will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
