China to increase investment in construction of infrastructure for agricultural products circulation to cut vegetable circulation costs

BEIJING , November 4, 2013 () – China will beef up investment in construction of infrastructure for agricultural products circulation to cut vegetable circulation costs, according to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).

The country's top economic planner said that support would focus on infrastructure construction of farm product wholesale markets and cold-chain logistics. Much attention would be given to the infrastructure construction of vegetable circulation in north China's big cities in a bid to improve storage and circulation conditions of vegetables.

Haid Group (002311.SZ), Dabeinong Technology (002385.SZ), Zhengbang Technology (002157.SZ), Denghai Seeds (002041.SZ) and Yasheng Industrial (600108.SH) would likely benefit from the investment increase, say analysts. (Edited by Hu Pingchao, hupingchao@xinhua.org)
