VIENNA , October 31, 2013 () – Packaging concern Constantia Flexibles Group GmbH wants to enter the stock market in Frankfurt - "Standard” reports. However, the shares are supposed to be listed in Vienna too.

The IPO is supposed to be carried out already this year. The company officially announced this plan on Wednesday evening. The company didn't want to confirm that it has chosen Frankfurt as the location for its IPO.

The head of the fourth-biggest packaging company in the world, Thomas Unger, has been urged by the financial investor, OEP, to introduce the producer of flexible packaging for food and medicine to the Frankfurt bourse by the end of the year - German "Handelsblatt” reported.
