Wilsonart receives US antitrust clearance for acquisition of Taylor, Texas-based Durcon, supplier of high performance, epoxy-resin work surfaces and sinks

AUSTIN, Texas , October 25, 2013 (press release) – Wilsonart LLC announced today that it has received notice from the Federal Trade Commission granting early termination of the waiting period for U.S. antitrust review under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended ("HSR Act"), in connection with the acquisition of Durcon Incorporated that was announced last week.

Wilsonart expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2013 and will finance the transaction through a combination of available cash and Incremental Term Loan Commitments as provided under Wilsonart's existing credit facilities.
