D.E Master Blenders 1753 announces filing of Form 15F to terminate its SEC reporting obligations

AMSTERDAM , October 25, 2013 (press release) – D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753 N.V. ("DEMB") announces that it will file a Form 15F today with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") to terminate its SEC reporting obligations under Section 13(a) and Section 15(d) of the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Upon making the Form 15F filing, DEMB's reporting obligations with the SEC, including its obligation to file reports on Form 20-F and furnish reports on Form 6-K, will immediately be suspended. The termination of DEMB's reporting obligations is expected to become effective no later than 90 days after such filing if there are no objections from the SEC.
