Armenia predicts 5% agriculture growth in 2014, mainly due to growth of crop production volumes

YEREVAN, Armenia , October 21, 2013 () – The Armenian government predicts 5% growth in agriculture in 2014, draft law "On Armenia's state budget 2014" says. In 2013 the growth rates of the agriculture sphere will be about 4,7% chiefly thanks to the growth of the crop production volumes. The realistic volumes of agriculture production grew by 5,6% for the first 7 months 2013. To recall, draft budget 2014 was endorsed at the government session on 29 September. According to the draft budget, the expenditure is 1 272 955 463 000 AMD and revenue part 1 145 415 563 000 AMD. The tax revenue and state fees of 2014 state budget is suggested to be determined 1 103 269 794 500 AMD and budget deficit 127 539 900 000 AMD. The gross domestic product has been marked in Armenia to be 4 723 700 000 000 AMD.
