The trademark application serial number 85847064 was filed on Feb. 12 and was registered on Oct. 8.

The description of the mark registered is "Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the stylized word "WORD" appearing on top of the stylized word "RIVALS". The letters of the word "WORD" appear in their own individual circles."
