HONG KONG , September 27, 2013 (press release) – The board of directors (the “Board”) of Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Fok Kwong Man, an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of each of the Corporate Governance Committee and Nomination Committee of the Board, will be appointed as the chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board with effect from 27 September 2013. Ms. Cheung Yan will retire as the chairlady of the Corporate Governance Committee but will remain a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
