Kraft Foods announces dividend of US$0.525/common share, payable Oct. 25 to shareholders as of Oct. 11

NORTHFIELD, Illinois , October 2, 2013 (press release) – On its one-year anniversary as an independent company, Kraft Foods Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: KRFT) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.525 per share of common stock, an increase of 5 percent versus the prior rate of $0.50 per share. This dividend is payable on Oct. 25, 2013 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 11, 2013.
