Starbucks receives approval for Indian trademark 'Starbucks Doubleshot'

MUMBAI, India , October 1, 2013 (Indian Trademark News) – Starbucks Corp of Seattle, USA received approval from Office of The Trade Marks Registry on the trademark STARBUCKS DOUBLESHOT (2231531).

The description of the mark registered is "Coffee, tea, cocoa and espresso beverages, beverages made with a base of coffee and/or espresso, beverages made with a base of tea, flavoring syrups to add to beverages." It comes under Class 30 Trademark classification.

Application for the trademark was filed on Nov. 9, 2011.

The Trademark was published in Journal No. 1606 on Sept. 16, 2013.
