Astro-Med, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT) is announcing the worldwide release of its newest inkjet color
, the Kiaro! 200, which will be marketed by its QuickLabel Systems business unit. The new wide color
is currently being debuted at major
and
trade shows in North America and Europe, including Pack Expo in Las Vegas,
Expo in Brussels, and Fachpack in Nuremberg. According to the Company, the Kiaro! 200 is capable of
gorgeous 1200 dpi high resolution
that measure up to 8 inches wide by more than 17 inches long, at speeds of 8 inches per second. This new
is intended to satisfy the short-run
needs of manufacturers of large-size products within the chemical, dietary supplement, and food industries, among others.
The Kiaro! 200 joins the standard Kiaro! , which enables manufacturers to from 1-4 inches in width.
