Grains futures were lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery fell 10.75 cents to $6.4625 a bushel; December corn fell 8.50 cents to $4.51 a bushel; December oats were 3.25 cents lower at $3.0875 a bushel; while November soybeans declined 24.25 cents to $13.1525 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle rose .3 cent to $1.2595 a pound; October feeder cattle was .85 cent higher at $1.6022 a pound; while October lean hogs were 1.10 cents lower at $.9005 a pound.
