Olov Winblad von Walter has been appointed as mill director at Iggesund Mill. He will take up the post on 9 December.
Olov Winblad von Walter comes from Metsä Board in Husum, where he has been the paper mill manager for the past four years. He has previously worked for APRIL Fine Paper in Sumatra, Indonesia and for Modo Paper in Husum, including as production manager. He is 49 and has a MSc degree in mechanical engineering and a MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. He succeeds Hannele Arvonen, who is leaving Holmen to become CEO of the wood industry group Setra.
The mill director is part of Iggesund Paperboard’s management team and reports to Iggesund Paperboard’s CEO.
