China's ethylene output in first seven months of 2013 rises 5.3% year-over-year to 9.27 million tonnes, with July output up 10.1% to 1.32 million tonnes

BEIJING , August 9, 2013 () – China produced 1.32 million metric tons (tonnes) of ethylene in July, up 10.1 percent year on year, according to the latest statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

The country's ethylene output reached 9.27 million tonnes in the first seven months of the year, up 5.3 percent year on year.
