RetailMeNot, Inc. will now operate ABCYNE’s leading digital coupon website, ma-Reduc.com (www.ma-reduc.com)
RetailMeNot, Inc. (www.retailmenot.com/corp/), the world’s leading digital coupon marketplace, today announced that it has acquired ABCYNE SAS, a leading French publisher of digital coupons in France.
ABCYNE operates one of the most visited digital coupon sites in France, ma-Reduc.com (www.ma-reduc.com).
ma-Reduc.com joins other RetailMeNot-operated brands in France, including Bons-de-Reduction.com and cash-back website, Poulpeo (www.poulpeo.com). RetailMeNot also operates the leading digital coupon site in the United States, RetailMeNot.com (www.retailmenot.com), and in the United Kingdom, VoucherCodes.co.uk (www.vouchercodes.co.uk).
Luc Clément and Jérôme Gremez, who both founded ma-Reduc.com in 2004, will continue with the company and help support RetailMeNot’s operations in France.
