SCA converts 600,330 Class A shares to Class B shares at the request of shareholders, changing the number of votes in the Stockholm-based company to more than 1.5 billion, with 90.8 million registered shares

According to SCA’s articles of association, owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company. When such a conversion has occurred, the company is obligated by law to disclose any such changes in this manner.
In May, at the request of shareholders 600,330 Class A shares were converted to Class B shares. The total number of votes in the company thereafter amounts to 1 522,137,042. The total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 705,110,094 of which 90,780,772 are Class A shares and 614,329,322 are Class B shares.
