DE PERE, Wisconsin , May 17, 2013 (press release) – Fox River Fiber has announced the hiring of Mark Hunter as its new production manager and Thias Shefchik as an accountant for company. Fox River Fiber is a leading supplier of FDA compliant and high-quality recycled pulp to the paper industry.

Hunter brings 19 years of experience in the paper industry to Fox River Fiber’s leadership team. He is responsible for leading the production team and working with the maintenance organization in ensuring the company meets manufacturing objectives in a safe and timely manner.

Hunter held a variety of leadership roles with Georgia-Pacific around the country, most recently at the Crossett, Arkansas mill. He holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Maine and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Shefchik is a certified public accountant with 2.5 years experience as a senior accountant at Schenck SC in Green Bay. He earned his accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
