Olde Wood Limited’s Ohio-based campus to become showcase for reclaimed hardwood flooring and antique lumber; doubling production and adding Stark County, Ohio jobs.
Olde Wood Limited broke ground on a new 30,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility in Magnolia, Ohio, which will enable the company to streamline production, facilitate growth and cater to a rapidly expanding consumer market eager to purchase reclaimed hardwood flooring.
According to Olde Wood owners, Tommy and Mandy Sancic, the facility will house an expanded showroom of the company’s prized hardwood flooring collections, a variety of interior design product lines, along with its growing selection of reclaimed wood, custom and wide plank hardwood flooring, barn stone, wood brick/tile, and other specialty antique building and design materials.
Additionally, Olde Wood has recently purchased state-of-the-art production equipment for the new manufacturing plant, which includes a new line for engineered flooring, to double their current production line as part of an initiative to make manufacturing more efficient and speed up fulfillment turnaround times.
The new facility is located nine miles south of Canton, Ohio on 180 acres of land recently purchased by Olde Wood Limited. The location is roughly 10 miles from the company’s existing showroom in Malvern, Ohio, which the company opened in 2003. The new address will be 7557 Willowdale Rd., Magnolia, Ohio 44643.
