Perstorp increases prices for trimethylolpropane and neopentyl glycol by €75/tonnes in Europe, US$100/tonne in Middle East, Africa, South America, effective April 1

April 2, 2013 (Chemical Business Newsbase) – Leading speciality chemicals company Perstorp will increase prices for Trimethylolpropane (TMP) and Neopentyl Glycol (Neo) from 1 Apr 2013 or as existing contracts permit. Besides its earlier price announcements for North America Perstorp will also effective 1 Apr 2013 or as existing contracts permit increase the prices for Trimethylolpropane (TMP) and Neopentyl Glycol (Neo) by EUR 75/tonnes in Europe and by $100/tonnes in Middle East/Africa, Asia and South America.
