Sale of Finland-based Vaahto's projects businesses to Bellmer of Germany postponed to April 15 from March 27 due to integration of IT process taking longer than expected; postponement intended to ensure smooth transition after sale closes

LAHTI, Finland , March 27, 2013 (press release) – The arrangement announced by Vaahto Group Plc Oyj on 16 January 2013 regarding the sale of Vaahto Paper Technology group's Projects business and the spare part and small projects businesses belonging to its Services business (the "Business") to Gebr. Bellmer GmbH Maschinenfabrik of Germany ("Bellmer") has been postponed from 27 March 2013 to 15 April 2013. The reason for the postponement is related to the IT process integration between the Business and Bellmer taking longer than expected. The purpose of this postponement is to ensure an efficient transfer process prior to the closing of the sale of the Business.
