J & J Snack Foods declares regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.16/common share, payable April 3 to shareholders as of March 1

(JJSF) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.16 per share of its common stock payable on April 3, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2013.
