Eastman Chemical announces 15% increase in quarterly cash dividend to US$0.30/common share, payable Dec. 31 to stockholders as of Dec. 17

KINGSPORT, Tennessee , December 6, 2012 (press release) – The Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE: EMN) has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 15 percent to $0.30 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable December 31, 2012, to stockholders of record as of December 17, 2012.
