Shandong Guihe Xianxing Paper Mill in Zibo, China, starts up new PM No. 5 that produces fluting, testliner

JELENIA GORA, Poland , November 29, 2012 (press release) – We have a great pleasure to announce that in August 2012 Shandong Guihe Xianxing Paper Mill, Plant in Zibo successfully started-up the new PM#5. On 1st August 2012 the first paper appeared on the PM#5 reel.

It’s worth to mention that in 2011 PMP Group sold for this machine 2 high quality hydraulic Intelli-Jet V™ headboxes - 5 and 6 channels headboxes (ponside 6045 mm). Bottom headbox is equipped with automatic CP system.

The paper machine produces fluting and testliner with basis weight range 90-160 gsm. PM#5 works with the operating speed 800 mpm. Design speed is 1000 mpm.

Shandong Guihe Xianxing Paper is a group company which was originally established in 2001 and it became a joint-venture in 2007 between Shandong Guihe Paper Group Company and Singapore Guihe Xianxing Paper Holdings Pte.Ltd. The paper mill is specialized in the products of high-grade of fluting paper, veined paper and core paper.
