Russia considers the possibility of imposing from 2013 the anti-dumping duties on farm machinery imports, Andrei Belousov, the minister of economic development, told reporters on Wednesday.
"According to the rules of the WTO protective duties can be introduced in advance from certain time," the minister said, "and Russia now considers the possibility of imposing this duty from the beginning of next year." Belousov also noted that the Ministry of Economic Development waits for the conclusion of the anti-dumping investigation now conducted by the Eurasian Economic Commission.
