– Grains futures traded mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery rose 5.75 cents to $8.7825 a bushel; December corn slipped 0.25 cent to $7.6125 a bushel; December oats were flat at $3.9425 a bushel; while November soybeans jumped 12.25 cents to $15.4650 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures mostly fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle was flat at $1.2727 a pound; November feeder cattle fell 0.62 cent to $1.4775 a pound; while December lean hogs fell 0.95 cent to 78.67 cents a pound.
