LOS ANGELES , October 15, 2012 () – Sources say that Kirin Holdings Co. is considering several options regarding its nearly 15% stake in Fraser and Neave Ltd. (F&N), including selling its stake, Thomson Reuters reported Oct. 15.

Kirin has the second-largest stake in F&N behind Thai Beverage PCL's 33.5%. During the week of Oct. 7, F&N's board of directors said that Thai Bev's US$7.2 billion buyout offer was "not compelling but fair."
