Crystal Rock Holdings, Inc. (NYSE Amex: CRVP) has recently acquired the assets of the Home and Office business of Frontenac Crystal Springs in Lewis and Jefferson Counties of New York and Girard Spring Water Company in Providence, Rhode Island. Both companies represent key acquisitions within the home and office water markets, and Crystal Rock will continue to deliver a premier customer experience with expanded product and service offerings.

The 1,500 customers acquired from Frontenac will be serviced from Crystal Rock's existing facility in Syracuse, New York, and the 400 customers acquired from Girard will be serviced between two facilities located in Groton, Connecticut and Canton, Massachusetts. With over 100,000 products within the water, coffee, vending and office products business, Crystal Rock will look to deliver more everyday convenience and value to support changing lifestyles and demands.
