Burgo Group publishes its 2011 Environmental Report, records achievements including reduced energy consumption, almost reaching total recovery of manufacturing waste

ALTAVILLA VICENTINA, Italy , August 21, 2012 (press release) – The 2011 edition of the Burgo Group's Environmental Report has been published in the media section of burgogroup.com.

Sustainable Papers for a Sustainable World is the concept of the 2011 edition which underlines the unavoidable link between the paper product and the more and more crucial question of the sustainability of its production process.

The Report illustrates the Group's sustainable vision and presents the environmental data related to 2011: among the achievements we further reduced energy consumption, we almost reached the total recovery of manufacturing waste, and we increased by nearly 20% the volume of papers with chain-of-custody certification.
