Cenveo Inc.’s plant in Kenosha, Wisconsin, will close on Oct. 19, resulting in 103 lost jobs, according to a layoff noticed the company filed with the state, The Business Journal reported Aug. 21.
The plant makes envelopes, according to the company website.
The site became a Cenveo plant when Cenveo acquired MeadWestvaco Corp.’s Envelope Product Group in February last year, The Business Journal reported.
At the time, Cenveo said it expected consolidations of facilities as well as lost jobs because of the acquisition.
Cenveo is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, and has more than 100 facilities in the U.S., Asia, South America and Central America, according to its website.
