Consolidated Container to acquire substantially all assets of Moorhead, Minnesota-based Roffe Container for undisclosed price, signs separate lease for factory and will begin installation of multi-line production plant in Lakeville, Minnesota

ATLANTA , August 14, 2012 (press release) – Consolidated Container Company announced today its intention to acquire substantially all of the assets of plastic container manufacturer Roffe Container, located in Moorhead, Minnesota. CCC will also sign a separate lease for a manufacturing site and will begin the installation and build-out of a multi-line production plant in Lakeville, Minnesota, just outside of Minneapolis-Saint Paul.

The acquisition is expected to close in the coming weeks, and CCC expects to complete the initial build-out of the Lakeville facility by mid-2013.
