LOS ANGELES , July 11, 2012 () – Mexican juice company Jugos del Valle, which is partly owned by the Coca-Cola Co., said it would buy local dairy products company Santa Clara, Reuters reported July 11.

During the week of July 1, Jugos had sought approval for the deal from Mexico’s Federal Competition Commission. No details were given on the terms of the deal nor on when the acquisition would be finalized.

Coca-Cola owns 50% of Jugos.
