Evolution Wines and Spirits has launched its third Chicago-area store, part of its plan to open 10 stores in the Chicagoland market, Drinks Business Review reported July 6.
The store is 5,500 square feet, houses 3,000 stock-keeping units and the largest craft beer department in the area, said Brian Rosen, former president of Sam’s Wines and Spirits.
