J & J Snack Foods acquires Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels; financial terms not disclosed

PENNSAUKEN, New Jersey , June 8, 2012 (press release) – J & J Snack Foods Corp. has acquired the assets of Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels. Kim & Scott's is distributed throughout foodservice & retail channels.
